Himchanmaru conducted a long-term research study with various partner institutes, including oriental medicine clinics, food research companies, university food and nutrition departments, specialized manufacturing companies, and veterinary hospitals, to improve its herbal ingredient mixing ratio and extraction technology. In addition, we also visited other companies with similar products in the country to ask for advice.
Thanks to these efforts, we now have a dedicated research department and several intellectual property rights, including patents, that allow us to conduct national R&D projects. Benefit from Himchanmaru’s research power, including the over 30 hr low-temperature extraction technology and special recipe, and stay healthy by trying our additive-free health drinks and pills.

Our ingredients are not for general use but are products certified by pharmaceutical companies (or large herb markets). For our Ganghan-Hwan pills, an example is the Peruvian maca. The quality of our herbal ingredients is unmatched compared to those of the affordable alternatives in supermarkets.
The ingredients for our health drinks are sourced in Korea. When we have to use ingredients from overseas (not grown in Korea, imported goods, etc.), we only use ingredients of the highest quality.
Our health drinks only contain domestic snail and chicken feet as the main ingredients. We only use high-quality snails grown in domestic farms and chicken feet hygienically slaughtered at HACCP facilities. Furthermore, we have permission to extract and process meat to allow the processing of chicken feet.
* Most chicken feet drink companies only have the permission to handle general processed food. Meanwhile, our company acquired permission to extract and process meat in addition to that.
* We have signed an exclusive contract with two snail farms.
